I grew up in a Realtor family in Palos Verdes. My father Raju Chhabria is one of the most productive Realtors in all of the country. I was exposed to the selling process and local markets my whole life. After graduating from University of San Diego in 2009 I went straight to assisting my dad as well as helping buy and sell real estate for clients of my own.
I have had my salesperson license for over 5 years and I have been an active Realtor for over 3 years now and I really enjoy helping people find their perfect home. I really enjoy working with people especially those who appreciate my service. I'm practically available 24/7 for my clients. Being under the tutelage of my father I have access to a wealth of knowledge, experience, information, and many other resources all of which I leverage in favor of my clients.
I am accustomed to working with busy hardworking people who have a true need for a home and are really depending on me to make sure the buying/selling process goes smoothly and seamlessly.
Of course the buying/selling process could not happen so seamlessly without the help of our great team. We have two offices to serve our clients, one in Hermosa Beach and one in Palos Verdes Estates. Additionally we have a very experienced and dedicated team of licensed transaction coordinators, assistants, and agents.
